Jeeva teams up with director Ahmed
Dr V Ramadoss and GKM.Tamil Kumaran have come together with a passion to render quality films for South India movie-lovers.
Their maiden venture is all set to storm the floors.
Promising to be a grand and a glitzy affair, it would bring together Jiiva, director Ahmed ( of Vamanan fame) and acclaimed music composer Harris Jeyaraj.
The untitled film is supposedly a romantic musical comedy to be shot extensively in Seychelles, Malaysia and other exotic locations in Europe.
With Harris Jeyaraj joining the bandwagon, the movie has grown bigger in stature. Prominent technicians and apt cast will be roped in for the mega venture.
Dr V Ramadoss is an passionate entrepreneur and is the proud recipient of the most prestigious and valuable PRAVASI BHARATIYA AWARD , awarded to NRIs, presented by the President of India on behalf of Government of India (2006).. Apart from being an astute medical practitioner, he has left his mark in various industries like medicine, food processing and hospitality, retail, media, gaming, entertainment and many more. An avid film- lover, he wants to ensure that quality films are churned from his kitty.,
The film is expected to be on floors by January 2012 after Jiiva completes shooting for Gautham Menon's project.
Talking about the project, Ahmed says, ' it is a light-hearted musical with a strong storyline, dealing with themes like father and son relationship, friendship, youth and love.
On his part, Jiiva says, ' the storyline is impressive and I am confident that it will be a visual and musical treat for the viewers'.
